IOGA is taking over Wallace for the first week of December and you're invited!
The Idaho Outfitters & Guides Association is very excited to bring our industry together again!
Please join us Dec 1-5, 2025 in Wallace, Idaho for an engaging and informational conference and exhibitor fair.
This meeting will be filled with essential information, interesting presentations, opportunities to meet with land management leadership, networking opportunities, Hunt Tag Allocation classes, comradery, cowboy poetry, and so much more!
Normal programming will be held on Dec 2-4 with optional "add-on" days for skiing or enjoying Wallace both before and after the meeting (Dec 1 & 5).
So, bring your board, skis, and the whole family and we will see you in Wallace!
Lodging:
Your conference registration does not include hotel reservations.
The IOGA has reserved room blocks with 3 hotels in Wallace. To reserve hotel room(s), please call the Hotels listed below. Rooms must be reserved by October 31st. Use the phrase "IOGA Group" when booking. Room availability is limited.
•The Wallace Inn - (208) 752-1252 - Single King, Single Queen, Double Queen, and Suites available.
•The Ryan Hotel - (208) 753-6001 - Single King, Single Queen, Double Queen, Double Twin, and rooms with kitchenettes available.
•The Brooks Hotel - (208) 556-1571 - King Suites, Queen, and Double Queen rooms available.
•The Stardust Motel - (208) 752-1213 - Double Queen and Single Queen rooms available.
•Other lodging opportunities exist in Wallace outside of these room blocks
Parking:
This year, parking will not be an issue. There is ample parking located across Wallace and the town is small enough to walk across in ~10mins.
In Wallace, you can park your truck and forget it for the week.
The Wallace Inn- A room at the inn will come with a parking spot for the duration of your stay
Street Parking- There is ample street parking across Wallace

New this year: Early Bird Pricing!
The IOGA is incorporating an early bird special discount for the Annual Meeting in Wallace, Idaho.
Individuals who join the waitlist to attend the Annual Meeting before October 15, 2025, will be entitled to a 15% discount on IOGA associated costs for one (1) individual.
This discount applies toward your entry to the Annual Meeting, access to all relevant sessions/speeches, entry to the Exhibitor Fair, a ticket to the IOGA Happy Hour, and all group meals.
Note: This discount only applies to your overall cost from IOGA and does not include your hotel or ski passes. Discounted ski passes will be available as an add-on at a later date (weather permitting).
