Idaho Hunt Outfitters, The IOGA recently sent you a letter detailing our plan to organize the hunting industry’s response to proposed changes to the tag allocation system. It is imperative that we have an organized, unified response to industry threats and changes that will negatively affect hunt outfitting businesses in Idaho. If you missed any of our previous bulletins, scroll down to access previous bulletins and get caught up, see the outline of our plan, and view a list of upcoming meetings this Spring. As detailed in our initial letter and below, the IOGA will be traveling across the state this spring to meet with Hunt Outfitters, collect input on allocation, and select representatives from each region. The chosen representatives will travel to Boise and represent your region’s interests at our coming Allocation Symposium (June 3-4, 2025 in Nampa, Idaho). These meetings are your opportunity to be involved in the shaping of the future of tag allocation for the Idaho hunting Industry going forward. These meetings will be available in person and by Zoom.
