Hello! Thank you for adjusting your IOGA membership to fit our new membership structure.

Guide dues amounts have not changed. However, this is an opportunity for you to upgrade/downgrade your IOGA membership.

Please fill out the form as completely as possible and use the name/email address you use for your IOGA account if possible.

If you would like to be linked to your Outfitter, begin typing the outfit that you work for into the final text box and business names matching what you typed in will begin to appear. Select your business from the list.

Note: In the next section, if a required section does not apply to your business, please select "A1 - Not Applicable" for that section.

$50 - Voting level membership. You will be entitled to vote in IOGA elections.
