The Idaho Outfitters & Guides Association is very excited to bring our industry together again!
Please join us Nov 30 - Dec 4, 2026 at Tamarack Resort near Donnelley, Idaho for an engaging and informational conference and exhibitor fair.
This meeting will be filled with essential information, interesting presentations, opportunities to meet with land management leadership, networking opportunities, Hunt Tag Allocation classes, comradery, cowboy poetry, and so much more!
Normal programming will be held on Dec 1-3 with Board of Directors meetings on Nov 30 & Dec 4 (members welcome).
Bring your board, skis, and the whole family and we will see you at Tamarack!
Note: The THAW Fundraiser will be held separately from the Annual Meeting this year. The Thaw will be the day after Lobby Day (Date: Feb. 5, 2027 | Boise, Idaho)

Getting Here from Salmon:
With the number of outfitters making the drive from Eastern Idaho, IOGA has organized a cost-per-seat flight from Salmon to McCall to help accommodate getting to Tamarack.
Planes will depart Salmon, Idaho on 11/30/2026 and will return on 12/4/2026.
The cost per-seat is $530/person for the round trip.

Parking:
This year, parking will not be an issue. There is ample parking located at the Resort/included with your hotel room. So, it will be another year that you will be able to park your vehicle and forget it for the week.

Standard Registration Instructions:
1) Confirm your IOGA Membership: In the "Your Contact Information" section, enter your email and click Go.
-If you see the message: "Membership Confirmed (Membership Name)," click Continue
-If you see the message: "Looks like you're new here! Continue by filling out the information below," please email Hardy at Hardy@ioga.org to complete your registration.
2) In "Select Registration Options", select the ticket(s) that you wish to purchase and click Continue.
-If you have someone accompanying you to the event, you must also select the Additional Attendee option in addition to your own registration
3) In the "Registration Information" section, click on the drop-down menu and select your name to autofill the required information or choose <Someone else> to type it in.
4) Use the additional drop-down menu and check boxes to indicate dietary restrictions and whether you are interested in purchasing discounted ski passes once in Wallace
-If you have someone accompanying you to the event, you must also fill out their required information in the Additional Attendee section
5) Click Continue
6) Finally, in the "Complete Registration" section you can see your payment options:
-Pay by credit card directly on this form by checking the "Pay" check box.
-Pay by invoice by checking the "Pay by invoice" check box. An invoice will be emailed to you.
